Our Team

At Mountain Companies, we’ve always believed that strong foundations—both literal and cultural—are built on trust, craftsmanship, and care for our people. From our earliest days, we’ve grown through a commitment to quality work and meaningful relationships across the communities we serve.

Now, as part of the CRH family, we’re proud to carry that legacy forward with expanded resources and a shared vision. CRH’s global values—putting people first, prioritizing safety, driving sustainability, and reinventing the way our world is built—align naturally with our own. This partnership strengthens our ability to invest in our teams, elevate our safety culture, and innovate responsibly.

Our people remain at the heart of everything we do. With CRH’s support, we’re enhancing training, embracing new technologies, and deepening our commitment to a zero-incident safety mindset. We’re also advancing sustainability efforts that reflect our responsibility to future generations and the landscapes we work in.

Together, we’re not just building infrastructure—we’re building a better way forward. One that honors our heritage, empowers our people, and reflects the values we live by every day.

We’re glad you’re a part of our journey!
